Our promise to you on delivery

At Deals For You we use eParcel (Australia Post Electronic Tracking Service), Australia Post usually deliver your Order usually 3 - 5 working days depending on your location, once we have dispatched your Item.

Our Goal is of course is to have your Order Delivered to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as we receive your cleared payment your order will be transfered to our dispatch department who work 12 hours a day 6 days a week to ensure your order is sent out in the soonest possible time.

What that means is that if your payment is cleared to us before 10am your order will has a 95% chance of dispatched the same day. If not it will be sent out within one working day.

Where we are unable to send out your order within this time we will email you to tell you that there has been a delay and how long it will be before your order is sent. If you are not happy with the delay we will refund your payment in full. If your order is not sent out within 5 working days we will give you a voucher worth 5% of your order to spend at Deals For You and then for every week after that we will give you a further 5% in vouchers.

We offer a gift wrapping service. Just let us know the name, age, occasion (birthday Christmas etc and gender of the recipient and a personal message and we will take care of the rest.

Duties and Taxes

For purchases within Australia and its territories all taxes and duty is paid.

For purchases outside Australia please check with your countries customs and taxation authorities to check if you have to pay and import duty or taxes. THESE ARE NOT PAID BY DEALS FOR YOU.

Postage and Handling

Please refer to the check out process as your delivery rate is charged based on your region and the size of the item being sent to you.

Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition (including packaging). Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Provided that the product is in its original condition (including packaging) Deals For You will offer you a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) or the option to exchange the item.

Please either email us at sales@dicksdealsglobal.com or call our customer service team to organise your return/exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong product shipped) or the item does not work or is damaged. In these cases Deals For You will cover the return shipping costs.
